ON TRACK
Through reading "Motivating People for Project Manager," it helped me be more knowledgeable of what to do to help my group members stay on track. Something I realized i should do is explain. If they don't understand what they are doing, then I can help them understand or ask Tedd to help them understand. That is what leads me to also caring about them. If I show that I can about our group, what they do individually, and what we do as a group, it will be better. I learned form this reading that to just participate with my group members and keep myself and everyone on track.

Member's Progress
Videographer: Today, she is to read two articles about camera shot types and take notes. When she is done completing her notes, she gets a camera to create examples of as many types of shots as she can. After she is done, she will import her photos into IMovie, string the shots together, and export as a web movie. When everything is completed, she puts it into dropbox and DONE.
Right now, she is trying to find out how to work with the "new" IMovie, and at this moment is just practicing.
Head Writer: He is suppose to complete the rough draft of the assumptions presentation script. Then take a breather and watch project model videos on Ted's website. Later, brainstorm ideas for the Fear video we are suppose to make. Finally, storyboard the fear video and be signed off.
Right now, he is working on the storyboard, getting ahead of the game. On task and finishing.
Keynotifier: Today, he is get all the data from the IMP3ers surveys and graph it on Excel; paste the graph in a Keynote slide. Then take a breather and watch the video about ethical use of the copyrighted works on Ted's DD Notebook. Finally, replace the bars in the graphs with masked images which illustrate the meaning; then be signed off.
Right now, he is done working on his last assignment for today... got signed off.
Our group is doing a good job.
My job is to make sure everyone is completing their jobs for the day. I think I doing my job well: I'm helping everyone in my group to stay on task and complete their work, (which they are doing.)
